I received my MSc degree of Environment Science and PhD degree of geochemistry from China University of Geosciences in 1994 and 2004, respectively. I have been a visiting scholar at the Bristol University during 2005 to 2006 and a senior visiting scholar at NRC Canada in 2017. I am currently a professor of isotope geochemistry and the TIMS Lab manager at State Key Laboratory of Geological Processes and Mineral Resources (GPMR). Our lab is fully equipped with thermal ionization mass spectrometry (Triton), and associated clean chemistry laboratories. Research Interests: 1) The development of methods for accurate and precise isotope ratio measurements using TIMS and MC-ICP-MS, 2) Using and develop transitional metal isotope for understanding ocean redox though Earth history, 3) Transitional metal isotope fractionation during chemical weathering and erosion.
