Email: haihao.guo@cug.edu.cn. I received my Bachelor (2011) and Master (2014) degrees from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), PhD degree from Bayerisches Geoinstitut (BGI), University of Bayreuth, Germany. I worked in Bayerisches Geoinstitut, McGill University (Canada) and ISTO-CNRS (Orleans, France) as postdoctoral researcher from 2017 to 2022, and joined Materials in Deep Earth and Geochemistry Group of CUG-Wuhan in 2023. I am interested in the development and application of experimental geochemistry to solve important geochemical and geological issues. I utilize high-temperature and -pressure equipment, including autoclaves, cold-seal pressure vessels, piston-cylinder apparatus, multi-anvil presses etc. to simulate geological processes from Earth's surface to upper-mantle depths. In particular, my research interests concentrate on the chemical and physical properties of geological fluids under a range of pressures and temperatures, which are relevant to magma production and evolution, hydrothermal mineral deposits and subduction tectonics. Currently, I mainly focused on the geochemical behaviors of volatiles, metals and metal isotopes in magmatic hydrothermal and subduction processes. I have published more than 10 papers as the first author and take charge of projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
